Service

UVOX provides AI request processing, safe context optimisation, provider-native caching, supported provider connectivity, route selection, fallback, measurement and related dashboard services.

Zero-Loss Cache preserves complete request content. Auto and Maximum Savings may omit historical context before forwarding a request to the selected provider. Combined modes may therefore produce different outputs and are account-controlled beta features unless UVOX states otherwise.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must use valid provider credentials, secure UVOX keys, comply with applicable law and provider terms, possess authority to process submitted data and test outputs before using UVOX in critical systems.

Token packages

Customers select a monthly UVOX plan. One original customer input token deducts one processed-input token after a successful provider request; failed provider requests deduct zero. Monthly allowances renew with the applicable billing period. Provider charges remain separate. Any preserved legacy prepaid balance remains available according to the terms under which it was purchased.

Provider charges

OpenAI, Anthropic and other provider charges are separate and paid through the customer’s own provider account. UVOX does not control provider pricing, availability or account limits.

Savings and quality

Savings depend on the provider, model, workload, context relevance, repeated prefixes, cache eligibility and usage pattern and are not guaranteed. Context-reduction, cached-input and cost-reduction figures use different baselines and must not be added together. Customers remain responsible for selecting the appropriate mode, validating outputs and determining operational suitability.

Availability and changes

The service may be changed, suspended or interrupted for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. Material pricing or terms changes will be communicated where required.

Refunds

Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, consumed tokens are non-refundable. Requests concerning unused purchased balances are reviewed according to the purchase circumstances, payment-provider rules and applicable law.

Suspension

We may suspend or restrict accounts for non-payment, abuse, unlawful use, security risk, credential compromise or breach of these terms.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UVOX is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, exact savings, identical outputs, successful fallback in every circumstance or fitness for a specific high-risk purpose. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

Governing law

Lithuanian law applies unless mandatory consumer or local law requires otherwise.
